The patient portal is for patients whose care is managed by Dr. Lisa Burton. The portal provides electronic access to the following:

Request, cancel, or change appointments

Send and receive non-urgent messages and information

Easily notify us of changes to your personal information

Request a refill for a medication prescribed by Dr. Burton

Exchange secure messages with Dr. Burton

Receive appointment reminders and confirm

Access forms required for patient registration

Access psychological testing ordered by Dr. Burton

Please note messages sent are not answered immediately. Please allow 24 hours for me to respond. If this is a medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room.

To send a secure message to your provider or to read a message sent to you by your provider, click on Messages in the top navigation bar.

Please notify the office immediately of any changes to your insurance BEFORE your scheduled appointment.
